Returns and Refunds

If at any point, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at admin@ambercandles.co and we will give you a refund or replace your candle. We take pride in the quality of our candles and hope you will feel that as well. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
